Sad times.. sad times.. She’s a big loss for AI. Sources say that FOX didn’t give her the 20 million dollar contract for 1 year she’s asking for and turned down the 30% increase. I think her ego’s hurt because she’s been in the business for many years and the offer wasn’t as much as Ryan Seacrest’s raise. But those are just ruuuuuumors. (The Seacrest part I mean)

And also FOX confirmed her leaving just today.
Fox, FremantleMedia and 19 Entertainment have officialy confirmed Paula Abdul’s departure from American Idol and released the following statement:
“Paula Abdul has been an important part of the American Idol family over the last eight seasons, and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show. While Paula will not be continuing with us, she’s a tremendous talent and we wish her the best.”
Now now Paula, it’s gonna be OKAY.
